Return Policy
At CuArtisan, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each piece we craft carries the spirit of artistry and cultural heritage — and we want you to love it as much as we do.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly assist you with a return under the following conditions:
• The item must be in its original condition — unused, unaltered, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to initiate a return.
• The returned item must be received within 12 days of the delivery date.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs and are encouraged to use insured shipping for safe return transit.
If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to return it to the sender.
Refund Method

Once your return has been approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions. After we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
If your item is damaged or defective, CuArtisan will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other cases, customers are responsible for return postage.
Warranty Policy
Our handcrafted creations are made with meticulous attention to detail. To offer peace of mind, CuArtisan provides a 30-day limited warranty that covers quality-related issues arising under normal use or display.
What’s Covered
• Structural defects or breakage
• Loose or detached fittings
• Visible craftsmanship flaws affecting appearance or durability
What’s Not Covered
• Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or impact
• Natural patina or color changes due to oxidation (a hallmark of genuine brass and copper)
• Exposure to water, moisture, or chemicals
• Unauthorized alterations or repairs
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. Provide your order details and clear photos or videos of the issue.
3. Our artisan care team will assess your case and offer the best solution — repair, replacement, or refund.
